Cusqueña’s Pure Peru festival gives people a fun, cultural insight into one of the most fascinating countries in the world, and last year’s event saw 7,000 people turn up to see Premiership footballer Nobby Solano’s Salsa band close the evening!

From the world wonder of Machu Picchu to the bustling, artistic epicentre that makes up the country’s capital, Lima, Peru’s many wonders remain strong in the hearts of the some 5,000 natives that currently reside in London, but remain a mystery to many others.

Now, thanks to Cusqueña, the multi-award winning Super Premium Lager made from pure glacial melt-water from 18,000ft up in Peru’s Andes Mountains, a long-awaited slice of Peruvian culture is set to hit the shores of the UK.

At a time where the British public’s affection for Latin American culture has never been higher, the aim of the Cusqueña Pure Peru is to take this blossoming relationship further, serving up the best that modern Peru has to offer, challenging stereotypes, and presenting them to a culturally sophisticated and open audience.
