Sometimes going out for a meal can be stressful – with so many delicious looking options on the menu, you just can’t choose. So what about letting the restaurant decide for you?

Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecôte will do just that – by offering you only one option for dinner. Luckily, it is delicious.

The idea came about in 1959 when Paul Gineste de Saurs purchased a restaurant in Paris in order to sell his family’s wines. Knowing nothing about the restaurant business, he decided to keep things simple and offered just one dish: a salad starter followed by steak frites.

The idea was a hit and there are now branches of Le Relais de Venise L’Entrecôte in London, Barcelona, Manhattan and Bahrain.

So visit your nearest one and all you need to worry about is how you want your steak done – they’ll do the rest, to perfection. They even hold back half of your steak frites and keep them warm until you’re ready for more. And you will be!

And if your main course gives you an appetite for being a bit more assertive, you can spend as long as you like choosing your dessert.
